Coach. Teacher. Leader. Friend.

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m passionate about empowering people. I love coming alongside of others to help them conquer fear and pursue their goals, hopes and dreams. I come alive supporting people on the journey of transformation. I currently hold a life-coaching certificate with ICF and works at Cherry Hills Community Church, teaching in various contexts and coaching staff.

Some of my experience includes: designing and directing a 3-year leadership training program for seminary students, leading in a variety of ministry contexts, creating a year-long curriculum for Manna Connect, and church-planting in Prague, Czech Republic.

SarahSpringer

I was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, and currently reside in Colorado with my husband Craig and two children. I love hiking, reading, traveling, drinking coffee and having meaningful conversations with friends.

TRAINING

I have a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership (MATL) from Bethel Seminary. I also hold a Level I training certificate from The Allender Center, which equipped me to provide narrative-therapy for trauma. I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, having completed over 100 certified hours of leadership & life coaching.

I have been deeply transformed and influenced by the writings of Henri Nouwen, David G. Benner, Ruth Haley Barton, Pete Scazzero, Dr. Henry Cloud, Brené Brown, and anyone who writes about the Enneagram. I have been a sincere Christ-follower since I was 18, and I am deeply grateful for the transformation I’ve experienced as a result.
