Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m so glad you’re here. There’s nothing I love more than coming alongside others as they grow, transform, and own their potential. I like to create environments where people can move into the depths. Sometimes wading slowly, sometimes diving into the transformative waters of soul work. I’m not afraid of what lurks beneath the waters; the parts of you that don’t feel acceptable, or the parts of you that are so powerful you’re afraid of them. I long to see more people who can love themselves and live more freely than they could have ever imagined.
